What You’ll Do
Lead a divisional team by providing strategic direction and accountability on the delivery of government programs and services while modeling public service values.
Provide advice to the Deputy Minister and Minister on important policy and operational issues.
Use your strong leadership skills to engage, grow and develop current, new and aspiring leaders. Ensure positive relationships with stakeholder groups and other departments.
Represent the province as a senior official on various committees at the provincial, national and international level. Collaborate to achieve departmental and shared objectives.
Share your knowledge of government processes and decision making by mentoring and coaching employees. Motivate your team to set and achieve a high standard of performance.
