Where a rural plan or basic planning statement is in effect in the unincorporated areas the Rural Plan and Basic Planning Statement may allow for an amendment fee to cover the costs associated with the amendment process.
Eligibility
Anyone in an unincorporated area who wishes to have the Rural Plan or Basic Planning Statement amended
Description
The fee is to cover the costs of advertising a public hearing and the costs of holding the hearing including rental of hall space, printing of amended plan, etc.
No forms required; contact District Planning Commission for area
Fees
Unless otherwise specified, Fees exclude the harmonized sales tax (HST).
