Overview

All pesticides used in New Brunswick must be registered by Health Canada. Any individual or business offering to distribute, sell or supply non domestic pesticides to an end-user must be licensed. Requirements for pesticide vendor licensing include meeting proper storage and certification.

Description

Department staff review application packages and draft licenses in accordance with legislation. Staff maintain regular communication with clients and conduct routine inspections to verify compliance.
