Overview
The New Brunswick Employment Standards Act provides for a minimum wage to be set, by regulation, for construction trades related to contracts awarded by provincial government authorities.
Eligibility
Employees who work or provide services on building construction and road and bridge construction contracts awarded by New Brunswick provincial government authorities are to be paid at least the minimum wage as set out in New Brunswick Regulation 2007-34.
